Art Submission Guidelines

When submitting artwork for McDowell Construction jobsite boards, advertising, multimedia or other projects, please follow these guidelines:

1. Vector Logo Files

• File type: AI, EPS, SVG, DWG, or press-ready PDF (vectors preserved)

• Color mode: CMYK (not RGB)

• Fonts: All fonts outlined

• File naming: Include project name and date

• Delivery: Email or share via cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer)

2. 96” Architectural Renderings (8 ft jobsite board)

• Dimensions: 96” width at full scale

• File type: TIFF, high-quality JPEG, or press-ready PDF (raster)

• Color mode: CMYK (not RGB)

• No compression artifacts

• Delivery: Email (if under 25 MB) or share via cloud link
